This sought-after pickup comes in three cab options: standard, double, or crew. The regular cab accommodates up to three people and can be paired with either a standard or long bed. The double cab seats six with a standard bed, while the crew cab offers seating for six along with the option of a short or standard bed.

Performance Features
The Silverado 1500 is available in either two-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive. On the base WT model, the Silverado includes the TurboMax engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. If you want even more power, you can upgrade this trim to the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine. With this engine, you get a 10-speed automatic transmission.
On higher trim levels like the RST four-wheel drive, Chevrolet offers this model with several different engine and transmission combinations. Choose between the TurboMax engine with eight-speed automatic transmission, the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 with eight-speed or ten-speed automatic transmission, the 5.3-liter EcoTec3 V8 with ten-speed automatic transmission and Electronic Precision Shift, the three-liter Duramax Turbo Diesel with ten-speed automatic, and the 6.2-liter EcoTec3 V8 engine with ten-speed automatic.

Exterior Design Features
Depending on the trim level, you can choose from rich exterior colors like Dark Ash Metallic and Summit White. Some color options, like Glacier Blue Metallic and Radiant Red Tintcoat, require an added fee. On the base WT model, this truck features 17-inch Ultra Silver painted wheels with all-season tires. Higher trim levels like the RST offer 18-inch wheels. Every Silverado includes features that improve your visibility like the cab-mounted cargo area lamps and daytime running lights.

Interior Design Features
Inside the cab, you’ll find a standard 40/20/40 split-bench front seat with added storage. Assist handles on the front and passenger side provide easy entry and exit. Vinyl seats are standard in the base WT trim. On higher trim levels like the Custom Trail Boss, you’ll enjoy comfortable cloth seats. If you want the luxury of leather seats, you’ll find perforated leather seats on the LTZ trim. When the temperatures drop in Springfield, IL and Virden, IL, the LT’s heated front seats and heating steering wheel keep you comfortable.

Technology Features
The Silverado offers plenty of useful and fun technology features. Every Silverado comes with three years of the Remote Access Plan.
