Had scheduled install of light with service manager and staff 3 days before dropping the truck off for first service. After picking up the truck and returning home I checked and found that the light had not been installed and upon calling the dealership the next day service advisor had no idea why it wasn't installed. Very poor communication from the service department.

The staff has always been really helpful and caring towards me. I was approached by a sales rep. the last time I had my oil changed and I was a little uncomfortable. I felt like he was trying to get me to trade my vehicle for a used '22 or '23 and I do not want to trade at this moment. If I was in the market, I would go to my original sales rep. for help and I would probably purchase another new vehicle and not someone else's problems in a "certified preowned".

I took my Tahoe in for 4 things to be looked at. The service safety restraint light has come on consistently since I purchased the vehicle, as of now it’s off and the part had to be ordered for one of the other issues, they reprogrammed module for the seat not going all the way back and it’s working now too!

when we purchased our vehicle, it had a bad taillight out. salesman said they would order and call when in. after three months of calling back to salesman, i talked to service, they said they had to figure out what part to order in order to get to fixed, which meant another 50 miles to drive to dealership, which we did, and the service people were very nice and are going to order the part . just seems like it is taking a long time to get a new 2025 vehicle fixed. we purchased car March 24th.

I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light on, vehicle was scanned and found to need a new thermostat, an $86 dollar part. I was quoted over 800 dollars to replace said part. I bought the part and replaced it myself in about one hour. I paid the $150 diagnostic fee. I guess the labor rate must be outrageous these days. After doing the job myself with ease, I was further disgusted to think about being quoted such a price for the repair, That I will probably never return for ANY service at your dealership ever again. With that said I have always had my routine maintenance done at your dealership, check the records.....

I had to have the transmission in my 2019 Trail Boss replaced. I purchased the truck new at Landmark of Taylorville and at the time also purchased the extended warranty, fortunately. The dealership had my truck for I think 24 days, had to order a new transmission and do the replacement. I got the truck back and the transmission is good, but I am disappointed that they couldn't or wouldn't give me a loaner to drive while waiting for the repair to be completed. Seems to me that they could have had something there for me to drive while waiting for the repair to be completed, especially since I purchased the truck there and have just about all of the maintenance work done there. I don't think that is very good customer service.

Oil change and rotation went fine. Issue is that we purchased our 2022 Chevy equinox approximately 2 months ago and the car had no second key fob and a chip in the windshield. We were told and promised that a second key fob would be ordered and the chip be repaired or windshield replaced. By the time I had come in for our first oil change, neither the key fob was ordered or given to us and the chop repaired. The young lady at the service desk informed me that key fob had just been ordered and that she would work with their mobile windshield repair company to come and fix our windshield. Since Monday I have heard nothing back concerning both the key fob or windshield: I have called twice and left messages but have yet to hear back. Our family have purchased multiple vehicles from Landmark of Taylorville and we are just wanting answers and results to our two current issues. Regards, Mike Staab
